Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Due to the nature of our products, used candles or opened fragrance items cannot be returned.

 

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at info@scentandcement.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.

• UK Shipping: Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Express options available at checkout.
• International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside of the UK.
