By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products are handmade in small batches. Variations in colour, texture, scent strength, or appearance are normal and part of the artisanal nature of our items.

Product descriptions, images and measurements are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made in full at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver to:

Estimated delivery times:

Standard delivery: 2-3 business days
Express delivery: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional postage costs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Change of Mind (Non‑Faulty Items)

You may return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.

5.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5.3 Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used candles or wax melts
Opened reed diffusers
Custom or personalised items

Unless they are faulty.

6. Safety & Usage

Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions provided on product labels and on our website. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect or failure to follow safety guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, images, branding, logos and designs — is the intellectual property of Scent & Cement.

You may not copy, reproduce or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Losses caused by improper use of products
Allergic reactions or sensitivities
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays outside our control (postal strikes, courier delays, etc.)
