Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of my products, used candles or opened fragrance items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email me at info@scentandcement.com with your order number and reason for return.
I'll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
I recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Please allow 5–7 business days, after I have received back your item, for the refund to appear.
